Explore Vaziri Cave Museum in Tehran

Vaziri Cave Museum (also called Vaziri Garden Museum) is one of the wonderful attractions of the Iranian capital city of Tehran.

The museum is created and designed by the sculptor, Naser Houshmand Vaziri, using useless materials.

The place is designed in the shape of a cave holding symbolic objects and beautiful sculptures.

Vaziri started creating the cave in 2006 and went on adding new items to the museum till his death in 2020.  

Most of the objects present Iran’s folklore and the characters in Shahnameh (Book of Kings), the world’s longest epic poem by renowned Persian poet Ferdowsi.
